This issue has been debated in this forum a couple of times. There are those of us out there that are in the same boat as you. I'm a design engineer who has brought Lutron massive amounts of business, have a very technical background in controls and networking and have a house with a cool Ra2 system. My largest and really only major issue with Lutron is that they don't open up the curtain to the non installers. I recognize its their right but I think its bad for business and really hurts an extremely important demographic. Those of us who use and spec the systems. We would provide the most valuable feedback since we understand the system and also use it. However, I'll step off my soapbox. Really the only way to get the software is to find a sympathetic rep who can get you the app.
