Hi, everyone! First time poster here, and I'm glad to see a forum dedicated to RadioRA2! I see the note on the Pico Product Model Page that references the Pico Cross-reference document. It appears that Lutron is reducing SKUs by consolidating product model numbers for the Pico controls. I wanted to test the assumption from the spreadsheet that if I have a MRF2-2B-L-XX unit from a Maestro Wireless system that it can be deployed on a Radio RA 2 system. I believe both systems use the 434MHz platform, albeit the Maestro Wireless System has much reduced in functionality. The MRF2-2B-L-XX unit is compatible in the chart with the new PJ-2B-GXX-I01 product, and since the PJ-2B-GXX-I01 is also shown in Radio RA 2, then the MRF2 product will work on the Radio RA2 system. Is this correct? Taking it one step further, if it is correct, can Mestro Wireless products be tied to a RadioRA2 Master Controller? Thanks!

Welcome! Unfortunately the original pico series with the MRF2 designation will not work across platforms. The new PJ series will cross between systems and comes at a more economical price point.

Interesting. I didn't realize I don't receive emails when people post replies and called Lutron last night. The tech support person said that the old Pico units will work across systems but the Maestro Wireless dimmers will not. This is obviously in conflict with the information you just provided. Have you tried this? I should have an opportunity to run a test in a couple of weeks if not. Thanks for the post and welcome!

Bailey is correct. The new Picos are meant to be cross platform. The old style had embedded software differences which isolated them to specific families. The new Pico controllers are a family into themselves just as our Radio Powr Savr occ/vac sensors are. An LRF2-OCR2B can be used in MRF2, RA2, HWQS, and in various commercial systems. The new PJ Picos will be similar to that.
