It seems like a huge oversight to not include a permanent hold feature on the thermostat itself. Is there anyway to do this? I assume it can be done with keypads or integration with 3rd party controls?
Thanks, Dino

I'm seeing some control issues too with this thermostat. Using the iPhone app, the control of set point using the up or down buttons works sporadically. Sometimes I'll press up or down and the set point will change accordingly on the iPhone for a second, but then will revert back to the original set point. Basically, it's not working reliably.

Anyone else have comments on the permanent hold or the issue with changing set points reliably with the iPhone app?
Thanks.

This can be done via the Home Control+ App by turning the schedule off or through integration by sending a #HVAC,(ID),7,2 where the "7" represents the action setting the status of the schedule and "2" represents a permanent hold.
As for the issues with the App, what version is being run that is having this issue? Have you upgraded to the latest? If yes, I suggest providing log files to Lutron through the App by going to the System menu screen and tapping the "i" icon in lower right corner. You can describe the issue in the body of the message.

Thanks hanshi.
OK, I did see the option in the App to turn the schedule off. I'll try that.
As far as the issue with the TouchPro, I saw this with the previous revision of the App, as well as the new one that was posted the other day. I have also updated all the firmware to the latest that is included with Essentials 6.0.0.
I will send the log files as you suggested. By the way, I have gotten responses for two other users on AVSForum.com that they too see the same issue with controlling the set point on their TouchPro's (through the App), so this is not just a one off thing.

Ok, perfect. The App support files will be helpful to the team in debugging.
