Dimmers not turning off

Have something weird going on with a project; I have a few 6NAs that get stuck on. My client goes to turn it off and the dimmer lights run down to the bottom 3, return to the top and stay on. Pulling the FASS switch will reset it, and we did this before thinking it was just a fluke, but its now happening in a few other rooms, and with a few hybrids.

Scene/Toggles don't turn it off, iDevices won't turn it off either. Anyone know what the issue is? (corrupt programming in the Main Repeater, defective dimmer, wiring, etc.)

This has happened before in the early 6NAs, I've never heard it affecting hybrids. It usually happens when the dimmer gets or cycled on a phase adaptive dimmer on auto-detect. Start up is reverse phase, then it converts to forward phase. Early dimmers would "fuzz out" with the three LEDs. Pull the FASS out, wait a few seconds, then push it back in. If the dimmer resets to normal operation, then you have a chance to save it by forcing it in the software to forward phase. One the file, in Design you right click the dimmer in question. Select advanced settings and look to the bottom of the pop up window. Use the pull down menu and select forward phase. The final piece is to transfer the file in with the dimmer forced to forward phase. I have a 70% success rate with this trick. I would bring a replacement 6NA or 10ND to be safe. Or just replace the dimmer and send the affected 6NA in for warranty.

Makes sense, I'm on my way up there right now to work on it. Of course, my client hasn't been too descriptive on which ones exactly are doing it, but now that you mention the auto-phase stuff, I'm thinking that these zones might be set for auto-detect and not a forced-curve like the rest of the house (zones with 12-15 Par 30 LED lamps that are forced into reverse because of the in-rush). I probably just left these on auto-detect because they are small zones (3-4 Leds).

I currently have a 6NA doing the same thing, about 12' of tape light at 1.2W a foot.

So it turned out to be a problem with the hybrid (homeowner was very vague apparently about "the lights won't turn off"). On/Off are scenes. I pulled the FASS switch and everything worked like nothing was wrong. In the room there's a 6NA controlling the vanity lights (4 Philips endura A19 LEDs) and an 8ANS controlling the exhaust fan, in addition to the hybrid controlling 3 PAR30 LEDs.

I changed the 6NA to forward phase instead of auto for good measure, maybe that was the issue with the room? Still a mystery to me.

Now happening with under cabinet rope lights; they are locked for Reverse phase; could an incorrect phase setting also cause this to happen?

Check the driver. I've run into it fairly regularly with larger magnetic drivers, which would require forward phase.

I have several in one house that now can only turn lights on or off by pulling switch at the bottom. It was after a storm.
