I would like to see a RF Controlled Plug. This would help us control landscape and exterior lighting.
Currently we have to use a RA Switch to Control a Plug.
I believe Colorado vNet had a remote controlled plug.

You can use the Plug In Switching Module ( RR15APS1W)
I beleive ( I may be wrong), that controlled receptacles aren't acceptable by code in all places. There is also probably some liability to be considered when remote controlling receptacles. ( Someone may plug a dangerous load such as a tablesaw, garberator etc into a receptacle without knowing it is controlled remotely)

The RR-15APS-1-SW is currently available and is the same price as the 600W dimmer/switch/lamp cord dimmer.

Another benefit of the switching modules is that is 16amp rated, vs 8amps for the in wall switch!
