Trying to get gar roll up working on the visor control. Prob is the VCRX kp will not activate VCRX output
Visor to VCRX works. Led turns on. lights turn on. VCRX kp button to output does not work Output works fine. Push hard button door responds.
Programed button at gar kp for exact same thing and worked fine so i know I'm programing correctly. I think.
Factory defaulted VCRX. Did not fix prob. Upgraded to new ver 4.2.10. No workie
Have done this on another job and worked fine. That was programed with 3.1.19

So VCRX kp not Communicating with VCRX outputs

So.... Problem solved with help from Jimm. Physical programing of the keypad button and the output was needed not software based.
But I got another one. VCRX outputs work like a charm from the Visor control but not from a iphone or ipod touch.
Programed a phantom kp with 2 separate buttons for outputs 1 & 2 respectively. Either button engages output 1 and 2 at the same time. Reprogrammed each button for output 3 and 4 respectively and they still engage output 1&2 at the same time

What is the three digit date code of the VCRX? That is found on the unit label on the back of the VCRX and is in a format that will look similar to, for example, "T37."

Don't know as of now. I do have a unit that was purchased at the same time in the shop. I'll look at that one tomorrow. All I can give you now is the serial # from activation. 006AFEB6

The date code will be the key piece of info. When you get a chance, take a look to see what it is. I'd be interested to see when it was made.

T15 has older firmware on it. If you want to utilize the keypad activation of CCOs, you will need to contact Lutron to get a replacement. I had a feeling that the date code would be of this vintage.
