Hey, I am having time clock issues on a 2 main repeater system.
Customer claims various time clocks either do not turn on & off as scheduled intermittently.
Timed events are with regular dimmers, neutral switches, and the discontinued 6NE.
Some of the loads are not controlled from any keypads and the dimmer is remotely located, so user error is ruled out for at least some instances.
Any suggestions or advice?
Thanks very much for reading,
Brad

The plot thickens.
This all happened the same day (so not intermittent), and the same day there were network issues as well. Would communication failure between the 2 main repeaters cause time clock issues/failure?
I think the integration company could have been servicing their equipment and not plugged in the router or switches, etc.

This happens most of the houses I have a ra2 system on.
I have one client with a 8ANS toggling a contactor to switch her drive bollards off and on. It always turns on at dusk but only shuts off at dawn about 50% of the time.
I have another client with landscape lighting on 3 8ANS switches feeding a contactors. One 8ans doesn't always turn on with the others.
In my own home my deck low voltage lighting (fed by an 8ans) always turns on at dusk and almost never turns off at 11pm.
In all the above cases the 8ans is within 20 feet or less of the main repeater.
All of the above switches work 100% of the time when toggled from a keypad.

Yeah this is continuing to happen in other jobs as well now - it seems to be only with the 8ans.
Lutron has looked over my support files, and deemed them good, the home owners are sure it is not user error as I have gone over how toggling lights after a timed event, will keep them in that state until the next timed event 'trigger'.
Off the top of my head now I can't think of one problematic load that is not controlled by an 8ans. They all have load on them too, not just contactors (shouldn't make a difference anyways).
