The hybrid keypad is a neutral wire dimmer, you could use it to run a power module/interface such as the PHPM-PA-DV-WH. If the LED product is calling for an incandescent dimmer or magnetic low voltage, then you are all ready good to go if you are at 10W or more. Otherwise an LUT-LBX-WH phantom load module would be necesssary to get the resistance for the dimmer to work properly.

Just as a word of caution, be sure to use the report cards on www.lutron.com/led. Use the product selection tool and select RadioRA2 Dimmer. The Hybrid Keypad will not show on the report card but it is possible that you could use it in places where the RRD-10ND is listed. Just be aware that the Hybrid Keypad has a lower Maximum Wattage rating than the 10ND and, due to the typical inrush at the beginning of every line cycle, the amount of lamps that could be controlled will be much less than a 10ND would control. Incandescent dimmers can view a 7W rated LED lamp as 75W because of the inrush current so just be aware of this and design accordingly. The report card should call out what the true wattage to the dimmer is. Also, the neutral will need to be connected.
