I have two clients that are both having problems with the ipad/iphone app controlling their HVAC. They can turn on cool, and heat, but can not adjust the temperature up in cool. You can lower the temp, but not raise it. Anyone else?

There is an app note on the resource site in the download section for the software regarding some issues with production dates. Could your issue be related? I know that all the HVAC controllers I have are under the affected date codes.

Here is the note:
Model Number affected: LR‐HVAC‐1‐WH included in packages (LR‐HVAC‐INT, LR‐HVAC‐PKG) Date Codes affected: U13 – U33 Issue: Heat turns on when HVAC Controller should not be calling for heat. Example: When using the “Auto” mode both a heat and cool set point are configured. Room Temperature: 75 Heat set point: 65 Cool set point: 75 In this example, the room temperature is higher than the heat set point and therefore should not call for heat. However, the issue with the HVAC controller causes it to call for heat anyway due to an incorrect room temperature reading. When the HVAC Controller model number LR‐HVAC‐1‐WH is configured for Auto mode and the system is currently idle (i.e. not heating or cooling) the HVAC Controller may call for heat. The heating cycle runs for approximately 5 minutes by default. The limited number of units that exhibited this issue have incorrectly called for heat approximately once per day. Work around: Select “Cool” or “Heat” mode instead of “Auto”. If you experience this issue, please contact Lutron technical support 1‐800‐523‐9466
