Trying to figure out, to program two sets of Light Levels for a bathroom.
There is a ceiling motion sensor that triggers the bathroom lights to come on. How can I have the lights set to 90% from 7am to 9pm. Then set to 30% from 9pm to 7am. This way when the home owner walks into the bathroom in the middle of the night the sensor turns on the lights at a preset dim?

There is no way to do this in RadioRA2, you will need a 3rd party controller for that logic. I've used both RTI and Control 4 to do this.
You have 2 other choices (in my opinion): Option 1: Do a timeclock event that changes the motion sensor to do "Enabled (Vacancy Only)" during the evening and the user will need to manually turn on the lights during that period. Then have a 2nd timeclock event that enables the motion sensor during the day and the lights will turn on automatically.
Option 2: Put in a 2nd motion sensor. Schedule one motion sensor to be enabled during the day and disabled at night. That one will turn the lights on brightly. Schedule the other motion sensor to be enabled at night and disabled during the day. That one will turn lights on dim.
