Tried my Beta Site from NY today and was able to connect over LTE so I can confirm that it is working again.

I had to fix the Gateway address on the Main Repeater to match the IP address of my router. The default wasn't correct.

I'm still getting "This system couldn't connect to the internet to set up remote access". I have upgraded and confirmed the firmware is 6.0.0. I have power cycled a number of times. I tried changed the gateway to my routers public IP instead of the LAN IP. I have used a couple of iOS devices and completely deleted and reinstalled the app.
Anyone have any other ideas? Similar problems?

Fixed my problem. Could have been one of a couple of things but here is what I did tonight and now its working.
Updated iOS app to 5.0.1. Still no dice.
Edited Main Repeater networking information to have my routers DNS and Gateway information. Nope not yet.
Forwarded TCP port 1131 and UDP port 1130 to my main repeater. Eureka!!!
I have an Airport Extreme so that may be one of the routers that restricts the outgoing connections. Anyhow I'm not sure if the first two steps helped but finally the port forwarding did the trick.

Ok, so I didn't want to chime into the "Why isn't the new remote access working?" conversation before I had tried everything I could think of, and it looks like I've gotten to a dead end (with some clues). I have a nearly perfect setup for eliminating the possible variables that could be the issue. There has to be ports or a port range that needs to be opened that is not being listed by Lutron. Here's how I've arrived at this point:
-My internet setup at home is on a static IP, with a Linksys E3000 Router, and an ISP that believes strongly in not blocking ports, throttling your traffic, evading your privacy, etc. My router is directly connected to my own modem and not through any other gateways. -My main repeater is assigned a manual IP address, that is outside of my router's dhcp address allocation range for good measure. -I have a VPN, but I don't want to have my mobile devices constantly on it, as my upstream is 1.5MBPS; serviceable, but annoying when all of your traffic is routed through that. Also very inconvenient to have to fire up the VPN connect on your device everytime you want to remotely connect to your lights. And its also not a sellable solution to my clients. -The only way I've got the new remote access to stay working with any kind of consistency is by DMZ'ing my main repeater. Therefore, its gotta be a port issue.
I have no problem selling and signing up for this service when we have to start paying for it, the convenience is worth it , but we need to be able to count on this software to work.
