I just had these installed throughout my home. They're 100% wireless and terrific at diffusing light and insulating my rooms. One shade arrived DOA, but is being replaced.
I'm used to Lutron's terrific quality controls but I'm concerned for the fact that the hem bar on several of them doesn't hang even. We took delivery of 40 of them, and I'd say probably 15 or so exhibit this issue. A few of them also don't smoothly open/close. Instead of a continuous, steady open/close motion, you'll see them skip and shudder sometimes.
Is there any way to adjust these? I can deal with the motion issues, but the crooked hem bar just looks silly. It also affects the vertical drop, too.
If anybody has experience to share, I'd appreciate it.

If you look at the hem bar, you can remove an end cap and slide the bar off the shade. I would have the shade installed first. You will see the uptake strings wrapped around a button of sorts. You can adjust by unwinding and tightening or loosening the uptake cord as necessary. Take care sliding the hem bar back on, as the fabric can crease easily during reinstall.
