In my experience, if you send the engraving report from radiora2 (installation report), to engraving@lutron.com, if the printout quality is acceptable, they'll do it...
However you can't put icons on the buttons this way....
I do agree, that if the software made an official engraving report, it would save HOURS!

Where do you get the form for the engraving order (that lets you select icons ect)?
Or are you guys just sending in your installation report w/ the engraving cert numbers attached?

i agree that process is ridiculous,
i spent four hours on 18 kp's that i cant go back and charge for, with homeworks its a 5 min process!
