Anyone have any information on Lutron's new Venetian Blinds with Intelligent Tilt Alignment? I understand it works with RA2 but haven't seen any pricing. I noticed a few recent articles on the topic and Lutron's site shows the options/specs/wiring but haven't heard how it compares to other offerings.

Pricing is available in the SCT, if you are a Shade Certified. They are priced a bit higher from what I've seen in our first few mock up's. Each shade actually has two motors in it to allow for tilt and the lift.
I saw them when I was at CEDIA and they are pretty cool. I also understand each of the Experience Centers have a DEMO installed, or will have one shortly.

Thanks for your quick reply! I just became a RadioRa2 dealer and have previously supplied Somfy motors to clients or MechanoShade but Lutron's are much better. Lutron's tilt and up feature is unique even if a bit more (its can be done with Somfy but gets pricey and specialized from my experience). I'll have to ask my Lutron rep about the shading (is this different from the BLAST training and certification)?

dgene- Shade training is a separate course from BLAST training/certification. Shade classes are three days at Lutron or an experience center, usually around the same time as the PSP training. If you are going to go the shade route with Ra2, consider spending the extra time and money for PSP. You can then couple two main repeaters and program up to 200 devices. Double shades will eat through your 100 devices from the BLAST/L1 cert really quick if you are doing most of a house. You would also get some co-op from Lutron and an increased warranty to four years on Ra2 devices with PSP certification.
